When you touch my body,
you touch my soul
Who I am
I was born a fish. And from an early age, the depths of self-knowledge attracted me. But I began by swimming in other waters, especially those connected to writing and advertising creation.
By diving into the spiritual and self-knowledge path, particularly through Buddhadharma, the current also led me to the discovery, study, and therapeutic practice of various aspects of the vast ocean of oriental therapies, such as Tui Na, Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, Thai Yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki, having also dedicated myself to other areas such as Astrology.
But it was Zen Shiatsu that awakened me to the aMAR I was looking for. This is where I feel like a fish in water.

Zen Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a holistic therapy of Japanese origin that aims at physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual treatment. The Shiatsu massage is an ancient therapy that had its genesis in Traditional Chinese Medicine, more specifically in the ancestral Chinese Anma massage.
The Japanese word Shiatsu means pressure (Atsu) of the fingers (Shi), acting through the stimulation of acupuncture points, but using essentially the fingers and palms of the hands instead of needles. Zen Shiatsu massage acts along the body's energy channels (meridians), thereby balancing the flow of vital energy (Ki) and promoting body regeneration and well-being.
Zen Shiatsu relieves stress, reduces insomnia, stimulates the circulatory and immune systems, and is an excellent therapeutic option for problems of functional organ impairment and psychosomatic problems, such as depression and low self-esteem.
